I was going through some old pictures today from Raven's Tribute and some of the newer ones that she posted.  As I was looking at them I was thinking the ones that really take your breath away are the ones with her body or face in them.  In fact I found from some of the comments I have saved,  her saying the following. 

Raven: “I had fun taking the pictures with my significant other and although the pictures started with just hands I moved on to more pictures including my face and body.”

Reading that now, it actually hurts a little bit. In a good way, but also in a frustrating way. It’s just too bad there aren’t more pictures of her with her body, because that is when the scale and beauty really shine for her big sexy hands. Just like her stories which I absolutely love Raven's Latest Story

Look, I know a lot of people in the hand fetish community are happy with just the isolated shots. A palm against a ruler? Classic. Spreading those long fingers against a piece of paper? Sure, it proves the size. But for me, the real magic of women with big hands isn’t just the measurement. It’s the context. It’s the contrast.

When Raven started posting photos that included her face and body, it wasn't just about seeing who she was. It was about seeing what those hands could do to a sense of perspective.

There is this one specific photo that I think about all the time. I’m including it here (in spirit, you know the one) because it perfectly illustrates what I’m talking about. It’s the shot where she’s wearing that cropped top, and she has her hand spread wide, flat against her stomach.

You look at that picture and your brain has to do a double-take. Her stomach is this tight, toned, feminine little thing, absolutely gorgeous on its own. But then you see the hand. It’s massive. It looks like a hand that I want to have on my stomach and everywhere else!!!

That is the power of Raven.  When she poses like that, her hand just swallows her body parts. It dominates the frame. If she puts her hand on her thigh, her thigh looks smaller. If she puts her hand near her face, her face looks delicate, almost fragile, cradled in this massive, powerful palm.

That’s the "scale" I’m talking about. You can’t get that from a ruler. You only get that when you see her hand claiming her own body. It’s incredibly sexy because it implies so much power. It makes you wonder: if her hand looks that big against her own stomach, what would it look like against mine? What would it look like wrapped around my wrist, or covering my face?

I think that’s why that specific comment from her sticks with me.  There’s a confidence in those body shots. She knows she’s showing off. She knows that by placing that huge hand over her tight little stomach, she’s creating an image that burns into your brain.

I really wish she had kept going with that style. Imagine full-body shots where she’s just standing there, hands at her sides, reaching halfway down her thighs. Or shots of her hands on her waist, practically meeting in the middle because they’re so long. We got a taste of it, and it was intoxicating, but I always felt like she had so much more to show us.

The internet is full of content now, but nobody does it like Raven did. She understood that having big hands wasn't just a physical trait; it was an aesthetic. It was a mood. And when she let those hands swallow up her own figure in a photo?

The Power of Hands: Rediscovering Raven's Lair and the Art of Self-Recognition

One thing that I have noticed is that there isn't enough love given to hands.
